Following brand guidelines, I worked with the award winning Asparagus Magazine team to create a highly accessible and navigable website. The focus for the e-publication site was readability and clarity, allowing the high-quality, fact-checked journalism to take centre stage, while maintaining the colourful and hopeful spirit of the magazine.
The main challenge for Asparagus is growing their newsletter list, and securing funding in the form of donations and print magazine subscriptions. Newsletter signup links are featured prominently around the site, using their bold and recognizable branding to direct the user towards this goal. I also designed an e-commerce shop to sell magazine subscriptions, branded merch, and for readers to make donations.
A number one priority for Asparagus was that their new site be simple, accessible, and readable. I collaborated very closely with their own design and marketing team to create a layout and flow that was easy to navigate their dozens of categories and subcategories of articles, cross referencing topics and displaying them in a digestible way. Together we designed something clear, readable, and with brand recognition.
This e-pub site, and the support of readers has helped this small independent magazine continue to release new issues.
Bon Vent is a Montréal based, boutique caterer and private chef. They offer intimate experiences with a personal touch, excellent cuisine and a warm human atmosphere, and the main objective of their website was to represent the brand as such, attracting the right clientele for their small business. They are a team of two and as such need a website that doesn't over complicate.
Bon Vent needed a simple way to display their seasonal offerings to potential and returning clients, so I added easily editable menus so they can keep their website up to date throughout the year.
The challenge for Magenta hair care was creating a beautiful, yet calming online shopping experience in a sea of chaos and distraction. I designed a custom built website and shop for Magenta to sell their products.
Starting with the basics and with the Magenta customer always at the forefront, I created an online space curated to evoke the experience of using the products - quiet luxury.
From prototypes to final project, the vibe was carried all the way through. Colour, illustrations and type all work together to create this e-commerce site.

Cycle Montreal is a project created for the Montreal Printed Arts Festival 2019. I created a set of iconography as a wayfinding system for safe and intuitive navigation of Montreal's bike paths and lanes.
Inspired by a typographic bike path design in Lisbon, the goal was to promote green travel in Montreal, remove cars from the streets and increase enjoyability of bicycle travel in our beautiful city.
